General

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on our website.

Product Availability

In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement, or an alternative arrangement for the completion of your order. We cannot guarantee availability of all our products at the time of ordering.

Guarantee

We are committed to producing high quality, design-led products. All of our products are covered by a La Cafetière warranty.

Our electrical products are covered by a 1 year guarantee that is valid from the date of invoice. The guarantee is invalid if the fault or damage was caused by handling, use, maintenance or care that was contrary to our instructions. Our instructions are enclosed in a leaflet with the product, and these instructions should be consulted prior to use.

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order value.

Prices

All prices are in GBP, and are inclusive of VAT.

Terms of Payment

Your order will be despatched after successful authorisation of your payment. Payments may be made by credit card (MasterCard / Visa) or debit card.

Complaints & Queries

To arrange product returns, or to advise of incomplete deliveries, incorrect deliveries or of defective products, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01352 717555.

All calls to La Cafetière and from La Cafetière may be recorded to help us to give you a better service.

Compensation

Claims for compensation due to discrepancies in illustrations, descriptions or prices, or due to delayed delivery are strictly excluded.

Data Protection

Any data required by us for order processing purposes will, of course, be treated as strictly confidential.
