Question: How do I apply a discount code?
Once you have selected your item(s) for purchase go to the shopping cart. There you can enter your discount code and click the 'Apply Coupon' button. You will then see a message saying whether this was successful or not. (You must be logged-in to apply discount codes otherwise you will get an error). After successfully entering the code you must select your delivery location and method before the discount is applied.
If you have copied and pasted the discount code into the form make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
Question: I’m being asked for a password, what should I do?
Before you can purchase an item online from La Cafetière you need to register on the site. This creates a user account which provides La Cafetière with enough information to ship your desired product(s) to you, or for our customer services team to contact you if there is an issue with your order. As part of the registration process you create your own password which can be used the next time you order from La Cafetière so you don’t need to enter all your contact and shipping information again.
Question: What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
When you registered with the website you should have received a confirmation email which included a password reminder. Have a look and see if you still have this email. If not, please click 'Log In' at the top of the page, then click 'Forgot Your Password?'. Enter your email and a new password will be sent out for you to use. Please change this the next time you log in to the site.
Question: I am looking for a particular product, how can I find it?
Answer: The website has a categorised product menu on the left hand side of every page which should help you locate the product you require. If you cannot find it using this then there is a search box above this menu which may help you focus your search to a particular product or variant.
Question: How can I contact La Cafetière?
La Cafetière has a customer services team who are available during business hours from Monday to Friday every week (except Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period). Their contact information can be found in the About Us section of the website.
Question: How do I log in?
If you have previously registered on the site then click the ‘Log In’ link found at the top of every page, to take you to the log-in section. You will need the email address and password you created when you registered on the site. If you have not previously registered with the site then please do so using the ‘Register’ link found at the top of every page.
Question: Can I change my password?
Yes. Once you have logged in, click the ‘My Account’ link at the top of the page. Click 'Edit' next to Contact Information and tick the Change Password box to open the change password options.
Question: Where can www.lacafetiere.com deliver products to?
At the current time, due to order handling and shipping restrictions, deliveries are limited to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. P.O. Box deliveries are excluded. Please see our Deliveries and Returns page for further information.

Question: How do I buy an item from www.lacafetiere.com?
You can browse the site and products online at any time, but in order to make a purchase from www.lacafetiere.com you first need to register as a customer. Click the ‘Register’ link at the top of the page and fill in the simple form. You will now have an email address and password which you can use and will need the next time you purchase from www.lacafetiere.com.
Once you have found a product you would like to buy, select the quantity required and click ‘Add to Basket’. The item(s) will be added to your shopping basket and you will be taken to the basket page where you can review the contents, change the quantities, or remove items.
You can now continue shopping and add more items to the basket, or you can go to the checkout. At this point you will be asked to confirm your delivery address and then taken to our secure payment providers Sagepay, who will handle your debit/credit card orders.
Once your payment has been processed you will be sent an order confirmation email to the address you provided when you registered on the site.

Question: I want one of your products but it is saying ‘Out of Stock’, what can I do?
La Cafetiere tries to keep as many items in stock as possible, but sometimes due to high demand these become sold out. If the item you want is out of stock then please check back regularly to see if new stock has arrived.
