Deliveries & Returns
Orders placed on our website can be delivered to England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands (additional delivery charges may apply to 2kgs and up) only. P.O. Box deliveries are excluded.
Additional delivery restrictions/charges may apply to the Scottish Highlands, Off shore Islands and Northern Ireland.
Delivery is usually within 7 days following successful authorisation of your payment, with all risk of loss or damage passing to the purchaser after the date of delivery.
Delivery Charges
- Order value up to and including £30, standard delivery charge is £3.50
- Order value over £30, standard delivery is free of charge
- A £5 surcharge is applied
- If ordering on Friday your order will be delivered on Monday
- If ordering on Saturday or Sunday your order will be delivered on Tuesday
Returns
La Cafetière is committed to producing high quality, design-led products
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, however, it can be returned within 14 days of delivery by prior arrangement (in writing) with our Customer Services Team at sales@lacafetiere.com.
Products for exchange or refund must be returned at the sender's expense, unused and in the original packaging, to our registered address:
