Jamaican Black Coffee

Ingredients

1 lemon and 2 oranges, finely sliced
1.5ltr strong black coffee
45ml rum
85g caster sugar
8 lemon slices, for serving

Preparation:

Place the orange, lemon and coffee in a saucepan and heat. Just before the mixture boils, pour in the sugar and rum, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and ladle into glasses. Decorate each with a lemon slice.
