Normandy Coffee

Ingredients

475ml cup of strong coffee (espresso strength)
475ml apple juice
30ml brown sugar, to taste
3 oranges, thinly sliced
2 small cinnamon sticks
Pinch of allspice
Pinch of ground cloves
Cinnamon stick (to serve)

Preparation:

Bring all the ingredients to the boil over a moderate heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain into a pre-heated serving jug. Serve in cappuccino style cups with a stick of cinnamon in each.
