2 cups boiling water 1 heaped tablespoon black tea 3 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoons cold water 2 tablespoons almonds
Preparation:
Mix boiling water and tea into a dark infusion. Pour into small cups. In a frying pan, cook the sugar, cold water and almonds until a dark caramel coats the almonds. Transfer the caramelised almonds into the tea and serve.
