We wanted you to be the first to know that we have recently updated our website at www.lacafetiere.com so we can improve your customer shopping experience.

Hi Pat, I'm sorry you're so frustrated with not being able to get a replacement beaker. We are expecting a delivery of Le Teapot spares but not until the middle of July. Our website guys are currently creating a system where visitors can sign up to an email notification to let you know when out of stock items become available and this should be ready within the next couple of weeks so please keep an eye out for it. Please, Please can I have a replacement beaker for my 2 pot red Le teapot. I regularly go on the site but you never have them in stock! A frustrated tea drinker.

Hi Grace, Unfortunately we're out of stock on those filters at the moment. If you want to contact our customer services team I'm sure they'll be happy to help you sort this out. Give them a call on 01352 717 555 (work hours Monday to Friday), or email sales@lacafetiere.com. They should be able to let you know when they're coming back in stock, or find you a local retailer who may have spare parts. I was going to point you to the Contact Us link from this page but there doesn't seem to be one. Will get that fixed as soon as I can. Kind regards - TeaBoyD

How do I reach customer service to request a new screen. We have a French press that is about a year old, and the screen is wearing out and letting the coffee grounds pass through. It is the 8 cup cafetiere (35 oz.) Please let me know. Sincerely, Grace Kennedy
