5-10 minutes plus chilling time for cream |
- 150ml double cream
- 1 - 2tbsp icing sugar, sifted rind ½ orange
- 4 tbsp medium ground coffee
- 640ml water
- 8 tbsp orange liqueur
- Orange segments to garnish
- Whip the cream until stiff, then fold in the sugar and orange
rind. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
- Make up the coffee in the usual way using the quantities as
given above.
- Add the orange liqueur to the coffee glasses then add the coffee
and mix well.
- Top with chilled whipped cream, and garnish with an orange segment
and serve immediately.
